What to Expect on Your First Visit
- Book Your Appointment
- You can do this by calling our office at 561-781-3770 or completing our online form.
- Please gather and bring copies of your past x-rays and MRIs to your first appointment.
- Consultation & Examination
- Your first visit with Dr. Newmark will include the following:
- Patient history and symptoms discussion
- A thorough chiropractic exam to assess range of motion, muscle strength, etc.
- A review of your pre-existing diagnostic studies.
- If it is determined that a series of X-rays may be needed, an imaging prescription will be provided. X-rays provide us with an objective diagnostic tool that will show us the quality of the spine and the safety of adjusting it.
- Report of Findings
Based on your exam, your Report of Findings will include a detailed analysis of the problem that brought you into our office and how to address it. We also consider your current lifestyle choices, goals for the future and challenges that are standing in your way.
- Ongoing
Your ongoing visits will be focused on treatment and maintenance as well as wellness and prevention. Dr. Newmark will provide chiropractic adjustments as needed in addition to wellness counseling and recommendations. Stretching, exercise instruction, or other advice, may also be given. Questions are encouraged because knowledge gives you power.
Payment Options
Back to Health is committed to ensuring chiropractic care is accessible to you and your loved ones. We accept Medicare, but we do not submit claims to private health insurance providers. If you opt to request reimbursement from your insurance provider, we can provide an itemized document. With this, you can submit the documentation to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement of services. By eliminating costly and labor-intensive follow-up communication related to insurance claims, we can lower administrative costs. This lower overhead means lower cost visits for patients.
Office Location
The Back to Health service area includes northern Palm Beach County including: Abacoa, Juno Beach, Juno Ridge, Jupiter, Jupiter Farms, Jupiter Island, North Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Singer Island, and Tequesta. Our office is in the same building as the Jupiter Outpatient Surgery Center.
